Responder Style Gear is constructed with: yellow 7.5 o.s.y. NOMEX® IIIA plain weave (Shelltite finish) outer shell, 4.6 o.s.y. GORE RT7100 moisture barrier (NOMEX®), 7.2 o.s.y. Aralite® NP thermal liner and 2" NFPA style trim in red-orange 3M Scotchlite™ .

• Outer shell and liner consist of a four panel body with a contoured waist, independent two layer waistband, and front and back panels which are shaped in the seat, hips, and thighs, for mobility, fit, and flexibility when bending, kneeling or crawling
• Four layer fly flap with 2" fire retardant hook and loop tape, snap, and hook and dee closure provides internal thermal and moisture protection
• Outer shell is reinforced at the crotch for increased abrasion resistance in this high stress area
• Two fabric take-up straps to shift weight from shoulders to hips. The postman style buckle allows for quick, one-handed adjustment
